Waldperlach in the Munich district of Perlach

The Waldperlach housing estate was built at the beginning of the 20th century around the “Leiberheim of the members of the Infantry Life Regiment,” also known as the Waldheim. This settlement developed quite rapidly and by 1928 already had around 700 residents.
